Brouwerij 't IJ
In a former bathhouse by the De Gooyer windmill, this famous brewery was opened by musician Kaspar Peterson in 1985. A supplier to many of the city’s coolest cafes, it has a large tasting room in traditional Dutch style, and a canalside terrace that's great for summer. Alongside mainstays like “natte” and “zatte”, it offers special occasion beers, as well as weekend tours and tastings. There’s also a revolving seasonal menu.
